Our Process
Quality Control
at Every Stage
Specification Definition
Every order begins with a written specification — moisture content, grade, colour, aroma, origin, and packaging. No vague orders.
Origin Verification
Lots are traced to verified origins. We don't blend origins without buyer consent — what you see on the spec sheet is what you receive.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Our team grades and inspects before purchase. Substandard lots are rejected at this stage — not after they've reached your warehouse.
Lab Testing
Moisture, aflatoxin, microbiological, and pesticide residue testing via accredited labs. Reports shared with every shipment.
Third-Party Inspection
SGS and Intertek inspection available on request. Pre-shipment surveys ensure the cargo matches the contract.
Documentation Package
COA, moisture report, phytosanitary, fumigation certificate, and origin certificate issued with every shipment.
Standards
We Work to
Your Standards
Whether you need ASTA-grade pepper, EU MRL-compliant imports, or FSSAI-certified domestic supply — we adapt our documentation and sourcing to meet your compliance requirements.
American Spice Trade Association standards for cleanliness, colour, and moisture.
International standards for dried spice grading and testing.
Indian Food Safety & Standards Authority compliance for domestic supply.
European maximum residue limits for pesticides — compliant for EU-bound exports.
Third-party inspection from globally recognised inspection agencies.
Buyer Protection
Our quality commitment is backed by documentation. If a lot doesn't match the agreed specification, we take responsibility — replacement, credit, or refund.
